Questions
- What counts as a job?
- One run of a workflow - an install, a claim, an onboarding. Starting it counts once, however many stages it has or however long it takes. The allowance resets at the start of each billing month.
- What are notification credits?
- What emails and text messages draw from. An email uses 1 credit and a text message uses 20, because that is roughly what they cost to send. Webhooks are free.
- What happens if we reach a limit?
- You are told before you get there, and you can move up a tier yourself at any time. The change takes effect immediately.
- How does the free trial work?
- 14 days on Starter, with 25 jobs and 60 notification credits to evaluate with. A card is needed to start it, and nothing is charged during the trial. Cancel before it ends and you are never charged. Text messages are not available during a trial.
- Can we cancel?
- At any time, from the billing page. Your plan runs to the end of the month you have paid for and does not renew. We do not refund the current month.
- Is tax included?
- Prices are in US dollars and exclude tax. Where sales tax or VAT applies, it is calculated from your billing address and shown at checkout before you pay.
